Precision Gadget Repair Warranty
All of our repairs come with a 90-day warranty, which fully covers all parts and labor related to the repair. We proudly stand behind our work. Warranty does not cover abuse or future damages. Please be kind to your games.
Game Changerz Guarantee
All of our used products come with a 30-day guarantee against any issues. We thoroughly and rigorously test everything before we sell it, but sometimes surprises can happen, especially with stuff made decades ago. That’s why we cover you completely for 30 days. If it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to, we’ll either fix it, replace it, or get you the full amount back in store credit to get something else. Some retro game stores either give you 7 days or put up an “All Sales Final” sign. We don’t believe in doing business that way.
Pricing Guarantee
Video game values can change daily. If you see a game that you think is priced too high, let us know. If the price has gone down since we tagged it, we’ll lower it right there for you. If the price has gone up, you still get the lower sticker price. We’ll never raise the price on you at the register, and we’ll never get mad at you for asking us to double check.
Memberships
We offer a membership to our customers for $10 a year. Don’t worry, it doesn’t auto-renew or auto-bill you. All members get 15% off all used games and accessories,a hefty discount off of disc resurfacing, and a little extra boost whenever we run a sale or promotion.
