All of our repairs come with a 90-day warranty* against defects, which fully covers parts and labor. we proudly stand behind our work, so if your device goes out on you again, let us know.
All of our used games, consoles, and accessories come with a 30-day guarantee against defects and issues. If it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to, we’ll either fix it, replace it, or get you the full amount back in store credit to get something else. Most small stores either give you 7 days or put up an “All Sales Final” sign. We don’t believe in doing business that way.
We keep our repair pricing low by sharing overhead costs with our Video Game Store. That way we can afford to get you top-quality parts and the most experienced technicians for less. We never skimp on part quality, and we never cut corners. no budget or value price tiers here. we always use the best parts for less than the other guys are charging for their budget parts.
Video games can change in price on a daily basis. As a result, we may not always have the most up-to-date price stickers on some of our games. If you see a game that you think is priced too high, we’ll check for you. If the price has gone down, we’ll lower it right there for you. If the price has gone up, you can still get it at the lower, sticker price. We’ll never raise the price on you at the register, and we’ll never get mad at you for asking us to double check.
We offer a membership to our customers for $10 a year. Don’t worry, it doesn’t auto-renew and bill you or anything. All members get 15% off all used games and accessories, 15% more store credit on trade-ins, and a hefty discount off of disc resurfacing. We run members-only sales from time to time as well, so be sure to keep an eye on our social media feeds so you can catch those when they happen!
